A foundry overhead crane is the main lifting and transport equipment in the smelting shop of a metallurgical plant, designed for pumping, pouring and mixing liquid metal during the smelting process. Below 125 tons it is usually a two-beam YZ type design. With a lifting capacity of more than 125 tons, it is usually a four-beam YZS type design. The YZS type has a main and auxiliary double bogie, four-beam and four-rail design. It is mainly composed of bridge, main trolley, auxiliary trolley, hook beam, trolley control device and electrical parts. The main trolley moves along the main beam. track outside the bridge, and the auxiliary trolley moves on the bridge. It moves along the inner sub-beam track, and the search device of the main trolley is a fixed-distance hook beam.
