Crane for storage and transshipment of nuclear fuel

This equipment is an important equipment used for storing and transporting nuclear fuel rods. The whole loader is controlled by servo drive, and the lifting mechanism and working mechanism have high-precision positioning functions. Plane positioning accuracy: ±1.5mm, lifting positioning accuracy ±1mm. The loader can operate fully automatically and achieve automatic addressing of 260 positioning points, as well as automatic loading and unloading of objects. The working and lifting mechanism of large and small vehicles are designed with redundancy, with the working motor and standby motor co-existing. Each motor can operate independently to ensure continuous operation. The steering and lifting mechanisms of large and small vehicles are equipped with manual control devices that provide manual control to perform various tasks when the vehicle is turned off. To prevent leakage of nuclear fuel, the loader is equipped with a radiation-protected storage facility, allowing nuclear fuel to be transported in a sealed environment.
