KPT electric platform

The transport system consists of an electric platform with a lifting capacity of 1,300 tons and an electric ferry platform with a lifting capacity of 1,520 tons. This is a product designed for a customer's specific process. It occupies an important place in the client's technological flow. It replaces the previous reverse production process and uses staged and batch feeding, material control and unloading. The flat car requires no maintenance and can smoothly transport 1,300 tons of materials, moving horizontally and vertically throughout the workshop; The entire trolley is precisely positioned, and the accuracy of the rails is controlled at ±0.5 mm. The entire vehicle is designed to be silent, and the noise level is controlled within 45 decibels. Noise and heavy-load operation of the platform is reduced by more than 50% compared with traditional equipment. The design of each platform component takes into account the functions of inspection and maintenance during process operation. The wheelset and drive device are extremely convenient for inspection and maintenance.
