Single girder gantry crane

The single main beam gantry crane consists of a mast, a hoisting trolley, a trolley driving mechanism, a driver's cabin and an electrical control system. The mast is a box-shaped single main beam with two legs. When the load capacity is less than 20t, the trolley adopts the vertical reversible roller type. When the lifting weight exceeds 20t, the trolley adopts the horizontal reversing roller type and runs along one side of the beam. The main beam is shaped like a deflector beam, and the outriggers and bottom beam are shaped like an L. The outriggers are usually equipped with cantilevers on both sides. The span capacity is large when lifting objects, making it easier to move objects from inside the span under the console.
