Gantry crane for subway construction

This type of crane is a special gantry crane designed by our company according to the usage requirements and technological conditions of subway construction, and combined with a general gantry crane, specially used for clay handling and segment lifting in subway construction. The crane consists of a mast, a trolley (equipped with a lifting mechanism, a trolley control mechanism and a hydraulic slewing mechanism), a trolley control mechanism, a driver's cabin and electrical equipment. Depending on the direction of soil filling, outriggers are divided into two types: type A and type U. The working mechanism of the trolley is 8-wheeled with 4 drives, and equipped with a rail clamp to protect against wind. During normal operation of the crane, the rail clamp clamp leaves the rail track.
